Lactic acid is the gentlest of the AHA acids and the only one that also hydrates while it exfoliates instead of drying skin out. Hyaluronic acid and white tea and sage extracts support that further — skin does not feel tight afterwards. Over time it helps smooth fine lines and soften the look of pigment spots.

And do not combine the peeling with retinol serum on the same evening — use them on different days.
